Might of Cenarius, how good is it?

I have a soon 60 shaman, warrior, rogue and druid (not more then two weeks away with all the alts) and I'm wondering if it's wort getting Might of Cenarius (8 stam, +4 wep dmg and 1% hit) for any of them.

for rogue i think yes (at least if ur dagger) but dunno im a warrior so i smash!

It's decent for druids in cat form (56 AP to them), crap for everyone else.
