Eye of Orgrimmar; Shroud of the Exile

These are a couple pieces of top-end quested equipment I'd like to grab for my character. I've been unable to locate the quest starters for these items in game, and thottbott/alla are, of course, not much help at all.

I'm hoping that someone reading these forums might remember where/how to start the quest for either or both of these items. I'm particularly interested in the Shroud of the Exile, as it's better than any dropped caster cloak.

This quest starts at the guy in the very NW corner of Eastern Plague. He gives you three 'grind' quests. VERY cool quest chain.

Oh, that horrid, horrid bat stuff? Guess I'm gonna be grinding bats an such in my off-hours from now on. This is what I get for cheesing my way to 60 using AE solo grind tactics and not actually doing any of the plaguelands quests (except the chain for Stormrager -- all quest rewards should be like that thing).

Is that for Shroud or Eye? I'm assuming Shroud, since that's horde/alliance. I'm thinking Eye might actually be something that chains off the "dont pwn the princess first" quest from BRD, but I can never get anyone to not pwn the princess first in those "once in a blue moon" times when we go down there.
