Searched for 'fps' and came up with nothing.
Using Nurfed along with Telo's bottombar. While this is more of a problem with telo's bottombar than nurfed's ui, nonethless: Is there a way I can move the FPS to the top left of my screen?

It's pretty easily moved, i haven't done it because most of our members use fraps and it has the FPS counter already up.

Yes fraps puts an FPS counter on your screen, you can choose the corner.

Not the best place for this, but:
is fraps significantly better than gamecam?

It is now, before gamecam was better during beta due to fraps taking up A LOT of CPU and making the game unplayable, but they have since optimized their code even more and fraps takes the lead for the vid-capture proggy of choice.
