Rage normalization?

I was informed they're going to be normalizing -Rage Gain- for Warriors, if this is true I am wondering how this will effect Warrior in tanking and in DPS. We will lose Rage in all aspects of high end weapons, but at the same time is this going to give us more rage per hit tanking? If anyone has any information on this please post.. I am worried ><

They aren't. That was in fake patch notes.

Or, instead of being gullible and naive, you could just take what you read from "leaked patch note" posts with a grain of salt until you read official Blizzard patch notes. Common sense may not make you a rocket scientist, but it will take you a long way.
