Remove HUD keep casting bar

What do I need to do to get rid of the HUD itself, but keep the casting bar? I like the Nurfed casting bar much more than the original one, but rarely find myself actually using the HUD.

You should really just try ecastingbar.

I've had it in the past, I prefer Nurfed's casting bar though. I like the look a lot more.
