Question about librams...

I'm getting some gear for a 29 human twink with my 60 undead main. Does anybody know if using a libram on an item binds it to you if it is not currently? Thanks.

In all the patch notes I've read, nothing of that sort has been mentioned. Can anybody confirm or deny this?

A green blue or purp boe will bind if you put it on the item with your main.
Dunno if it still works but you can give the materials for the arcanum to a mate, he makes the arcanum and enchants the items of your alt via the trade window. Was very fine to make gold with a rogue while molten core was actually. Just solo'd BRD and made an arcanum of resilience and sold it for 'bout 200-300g.
