Mouse Over Tool Tip Portrait Question

Is there any way to make the tool tip info show up when you hover over a group member's portrait like it use to in closed beta?

That's an Interface option that Blizzard put in, if you open your interface options and look in the bottom right you will see things like show help icons, tutorials, etc, there is one called Enhanced Toolips (pretty sure on the name), anyways uncheck that and when you highlight group members you get where they are, etc, as opposed to the "Right click a group member for options" tooltip.
