Problems with stealth and the hotbar

I'm using the hotbar from the Nurfed UI and when I click the stealth button the hotbar buttons don't seem to change to another set of blank buttons where I can place the abilities I'd use when stealthed. Is there something that I'm missing or is this a bug that others are experiencing too?

Are you on a hotbar other than bar #1?

Changing stance/stealth only changed your #1 hotbar, if you're on bar 2, 3, 4, etc. it won't change it.

I'm on the first hotbar (#1). This is a brand new character so I only have the skills you start with on the main bar.
