Anyone happen to know about this quest?

It involves Thrall, I believe you have to turn in Rend's head to him,, and when you do Thrall does a one shout and give's everyone in Orgrimmar a buff (placebo afaik). Is it a quest started from a drop off Rend or is there somewhere to initiate the quest?

you get the quest for rend's head after completing the lower spire killquest (kill omokk, voone, wyrmalak, and pickup the warlord's documents).

the effect in beta was +300 hp and +15% haste iirc
