+11 Shadow resistance ring worth it?

Will I see any noticeable difference by equipping 1 or 2 +11 Shadow Resistance rings? It's between that or getting a stamina ring for more hp but I was hoping the +SR would help in getting feared.

if u fight a hard mob with shadowdam use it if not use sta rings or whatever. For normal solo fights a stat rings is much better.
