I've almost got my shaman to 60 and will be respeccing him to resto/ele for group pvp and just wanted to get some opinions on gear.

I plan on going heavy resto for heal botting and just wanted to confirm my belief that I should focus on mp5/stam gear for that role.

If someone in a more informed/experienced position has a different opinion then I'd like to know! ;)

*rolls eyes*

I was talking to a healbot shaman I know and he likes spell crit for pvp healing because it gives some burst healing potential, and the armor boost from ancestral healing. Not to mention it helps out doing damage when needed.

Comments?

I healbot in pvp alot, i just try to max out my sta without gimping my mana pool, spell crit and dmg/healing are nice as well but not as important imo. Mp5 is pretty much uselss in pvp because you can either drink, run to a hut, or just get yourself killed and respawn soon with full health/mana. Also always use a 1h and shield.

I hope this helps...

i healbot in pvp.. i'd say focus +heal/+spellcrit for healing through the rediculous burst damage that has become so easy to do.
